I'm Craig, and this is my son Craig Jr—together we came up with the name Cry Baby Craig's.
Although C.J. may be a little too "immature" to fully enjoy our sauce, he inspires and motivates me to pursue the dream of making the best damn hot sauce this side of the Mississippi. And the other side, too.
